Kroger Pharmacy

I recently moved here a couple months ago. All My encounters with this pharmacy have been disheartening. I pick up medication. I don't get all my medications nor do I get an update why I didn't get it until I get home and call them To see why all my medications were not in the bag. I've been waiting days now to hear about a prescription that needed a prior authorization. They never even updated me until I called them today. And the person that answers the phone is definitely not pleasant. I thought moving out this way I would have better experiences versus when I lived in the city Disappointing to say the least

I needed a prescription transfered and was told by a different Kroger pharmacy to ask these guys to make them my home pharmacy. Employer on the phone didn't seem to understand what I was asking and blew me off. She told me over the phone the prescription would be done today, then I get to the pharmacy and the very disgruntled employee tells me it won't be there until tomorrow. They all seem to hate their lives, I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because they're probably overworked.

I have not encountered the problems that were mentioned in the previous post. The staff at Forest Park Kroger is courteous and efficient. That staff works diligently to get the prescriptions right, answer questions and explain the medications to the customers. They also give injections to keep us up to date and safe from viruses and epidemics. I do believe they could use another pharmacist on most days. They are kind and efficient even though their occupation is strict and precise. I commend them for their professionalism, accuracy and integrity. RMHoward

Last month I picked up prescription eye drops for my mother in laws surgery. One of the prescriptions in the bag was the wrong medication but had the correct name on the paper sack which we found out today (one day before the procedure). My fault for waiting so long to open and find the mistake but this morning I went there and Mia jumped right in and took control of the situation and apologized for the error. Of course this kind of medication is not something they typically keep in stock so it would’ve had to have been ordered and that would’ve been too late for her procedure tomorrow she quickly called the physicians office and got a new prescription for a medication that was in stock. Within one hour Mia solved the situation and got a replacement medication therefore allowing my moth
