Kroger Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy! Always very quick and helpful.

My family has been using this pharmacy for many years. The staff have ALWAYS been super nice and accommodating, getting my prescriptions filled correctly, going out of their way to get them done in a timely manner, helping to be sure I’m getting the best price, calling and getting refills…whatever they can do to be helpful!! The thing I LOVE the most about this Kroger Pharmacy is they don’t have a big employee turnover…the staff there have become like “family”…they not only recognize me when I go in, most of the time they recognize who I am when I call… I have used other pharmacies over the years, and there is no comparison… Thank you Macedonia Kroger, Heather, Brooke, Alexis, Angela, Charles, and all the pharmacists, for being so awesome!!

They use to be good. But the last 3-4 months it has been horrible. Took a ER script by was told an hour ok fine but 4 hours later sill not ready. Doctor called in a script at 1:30. I called at 445 to see if ready. Was told it would be in an hour not ready. They had it ready between 740-800pm go there to pick it up and as I was walking to the window they said were closed did not offer to get it. This was a medication for anxiety This is happening a lot to a lot of people I know. This is not good.

I have used this pharmacy for 5 + years & they have never been anything but helpfull & do what ever is needed to get my RX filled when needed. No matter who you talk with they kind, understanding & if they don't know the answer to my question they ask others until they get the answer. My RX have always been correct & I thank them for there wonderful service.

Kroger site said pharmacy hours are 8am-9pm. Drove to store to pick up prescription that was ready for pick up. Told I could not get it until 9am because of first hour used for COVID vaccines. 3 people working, no one waiting, but they would not hand me the prescription. Please state this information online so people do not waste a trip. Medication was Zofran to keep a 10-year-old girl from throwing up. Opening hours Tuesday 8AM–8PM Wednesday 8AM–8PM Thursday 8AM–8PM Friday 8AM–8PM Saturday 9AM–6PM Sunday 11AM–6PM Monday 8AM–8PM
