Refused to fill my prescription. Acted like I was an addict, even after the doctor called there himself.It’s about money, not about your health at all. Pulled all our business away from this business.

Brooke (Kroger West Rd Brownstown) is the BEST! She graciously expedited my prescription AND also used a savings card that is saving me $40 less than what the competitors company would have charged me. She was so cheerful and such a pleasure to talk with! Her and I even shared a couple laughs together! I wish all representatives were as delightful as she is!!

I have loved this pharmacy for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but today was above and beyond! My daughter is terrified of shots. Stephanie was so kind and patient. She allowed my daughter to ask questions, talk through her fears, and after 45 minutes she finally accepted the vaccine. I can’t say thank you enough for her dedication to the health and well-being of my daughter who is just one of many customers. That meant so much to me!

Talking about pharmacies I would say Kroger is one of my favorite pharmacy. The accuracy on medication and time for refill is pretty consistent. They have pretty much most of the medication that I needed at the time that I needed to be refilled. I have not been disappointed by them once since the day I start going to them. I would recommend Kroger pharmacy to everybody if they ever ask. Overall this is the place to go for your medication needS.
