Kroger Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy 4 times and have had great results every time. Fast and courteous. I will say that the automated phone system is bad. Getting past that, the people are great.

Called multiple times to Kroger Pharmacy to get a refill on 2/11/22 (Friday) with no answer. Called 2/12/22 and after about 4 minutes I let the phone ring for the entire duration (30mins) for me to drive up to Kroger. When they did answer I was just stepping in line. And got attitude over the phone trying to refill. During the time I was standing in line watching, They acted busy but funny how slow they was all moving and hilariously everyone is "working" next to a phone... worthless employees at this location. If you hate your jobs that bad please find a different career. You're wasting our time and you're exceeding my medication limits having to deal with you

How is it possible to go from "You're prescription is on order and should be here tomorrow at 2pm", to "Let me check if we have some, ok I can have it ready in 10 minutes"????? All of this in the same phone call, just by asking if they were sure it would be ready by 2 the next day. Apparently the Blanchester Kroger Pharmacy is either hiring idiots or lazy people who don't care about people getting prescriptions they need. Why would you order medications and wait until they came in to get them to people, when you have them in stock??? This is the last time I will use them since they don't care about customers, I'll be transferring every prescription me or my family gets from now on to Barr's pharmacy. I can't take any chances anymore with this idiotic pharmacy.

Kroger pharmacy has always been very good to me and my family. I have used multiple locations and each one has its quirks. The Blanchester location is a small town location. Which means there's only so many people who work at the location and a lot of medicine to fill. If they don't have a med in stock it typically is because it's not something many people are prescribed and may take a couple days to fill. I always try to request my refills a few days early and watch the app for them to be ready. You can always call and let them know if you need it rushed. People work here and they are not mind readers. All you have to do is ask kindly. This is not an easy or enviable job and I am grateful they do it and I don't have to go to another pharmacy.

Always have issues getting meds filled in a timely manner, today was told 15-20 min 2 1/2 hours script was sent in… okay, waited another 30 minutes went to check and was told another 45 minutes… no thank you! A bunch of eye rolling young people with no customer service skills or sense of priority. I’ll go elsewhere
