Kroger Pharmacy

I’ve always found that Kroger and its pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient. If you don’t believe me, try some of the other pharmacies in town. The girls that work there are always nice.

I prefer here over walmart. I also prefer their pharmacy.

The web site says the pharmacy is open until 6 pm on Sundays. We were there to pick up at. 5:45. The place was already closed. I had to drive back to town (40 miles) on Monday When asked on Monday what time you close on Sunday the lady said 6:00. When I told her the pharmacy was closed at 5:45. She apologized. I asked if she worked on Sunday. She said no, I told her it wasn’t her fault. I won’t be trusting this Kroger’ s pharmacy again on the weekends. I’ll just hold my prescriptions until Monday and take them to the pharmacy I trust

The staff decides when they can close the pharmacy even if it is before hours. They decided to close at least 10 minutes before the set hours. How is a customer supposed to pick up their written script if the staff decides just to close whenever they feel like it? I completely understand if you close exactly at 6 o’clock but when you close early against your own store hours, it’s is completely unacceptable. Some PATIENTS NEED their medication and it could be life threatening if they don’t have it. For the staff to just close because they just don’t want to work the rest of the day and their set work shift is disgusting for a pharmacy. Krogers use to be great with filling prescriptions but lately they have fallen off. For the last couple of months it has taken 2-3 days for them to fill your prescription. If they can’t handle the volume of orders they have to fill they need to give a courtesy call to the doctor or patient stating that. I guess it’s time to make a change. I’ve did it once but who wants to keep changing when u become familiar with the one you are dealing with. Just ridiculous!
