Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacist rushes to fill prescriptions. Misses important notes. Once you leave and figure out they’ve filled a refill with the wrong brand they refuse to fix it due to you leaving the premises. They offer no apologies, and are not sympathetic. Everyone seemed rushed, multiple people asking the guy with the pony tail his password and scanning his badge (which I’m sure he’s supposed to do himself) his password was 1980 or something like that. It was very strange behavior. No one there is calm cool or collected . All reviews seem bad.

The pharmacist is very personable and helpful. However I believe it would be helpful if the pharmacy staff viewed each customer as a family member or friend. People come to the pharmacy to pickup medication because they are sick, a certain amount of compassion would be helpful in the healing process. Customer care is an invaluable commodity.

I have been shopping at Kroger a long time. The lady that checked me out was so funny. I was having a rough day but she made me smile in my heart l know everything’s going to be ok. The lady name is Leah! She didn’t know it but she really made my day!! Leah very sweet! Glad l was glad to be in her line. She deserves more than five stars.

First time going to Kroger pharmacy. They were very professional and informative. They answered all my questions including some that weren't related to the prescription. My prescription was filled quickly while I grabbed a gallon of milk and paid for it.

They are just as bad as walgreens and other large pharmacy lie about receiving electronic orders. Not knowing the difference between months some have more days. Does not follow sc 28 day law. Just makes up there own. So again have to triple check orders and pricing. So not a great pharmacy no personal attention. Wouldn't know who I was if I asked. So small town would be much better.
