KRMC Family Practice Residency Clinic

I tested positive for Covid yesterday. It is my first time getting it, and I called the office yesterday to inform them I had it and to ask if I could get antiviral treatment because I have number of autoimmune diseases and chronic health conditions. Nobody answered so I had to leave a message last night. Nobody called me back in the morning and I called around 11:30 AM and they had not listened to my message still. I told the lady my issue and she sent a message back to the doctor marking it urgent. By 3:30 PM I still had not heard anything so I called back a second time and they said nobody had still looked at it (this was after I was on a long 12 minute hold and nobody came on so I had to hang up and call back) but she would send another message. Keep in mind it’s Friday and It is now 7

Well I went inside and asked to make a appointment and I did not get one I was today that they would contact me by phone and tell me the appointment date.they said two weeks.six weeks later no reply so I call and asked if they tried to contact me she said no we must have lost your paper work.so she also said give me your information and I will have a appointment date for you in just a few a hours.and she did .ishow up get in line and gonna check in the lady helped the lady check all nice and with respect.then I say hello and the lady rudely turns her face toward the wall with a look like she is so disgusted and puts her hand up shaking it at me and says.oh no you will have to wait with. I can't even explain how frustrated I am with the treatment there. I had this big long paragraph explaining why, but it's not even worth explaining. All I can say is that after 2 years with Dr. Mahajan and Dr. Suban, I'm worse now than I was when I started because everything that had been brought up was dismissed. I had to advocate for myself EVERY time because my abnormal labs were "normal," according to them. I could not possibly have the disease that was presenting because i didn't fit the false criteria he had in his head, but I was diagnosed by two other doctors. He refused to treat menopause symptoms, telling me to talk to a psychiatrist. I could go on to several more incidents but you get the idea.

I have been seen by 2 or 3 resident drs and on my husbands recommendation I set an appointment with Dr. Massaro. I absolutely love him. So thorough, takes his time and LISTENS. Thank you Dr Massaro!!!
