Kristin Biggie

Just got off the phone with the “manager” who was unable to send my newborns medical records to my new pediatrician. She was very rude and not willing to work with me even after this was my THIRD attempt at getting my children’s records. Dr Biggie is great, but the office is so outdated and so behind on technology. Would not recommend.

Dr. Biggie is wonderful with both of my children. She carefully listens to them and myself, and works hard to provide the best solution for their health problems. Sure, the office suite is unglamorous and could benefit from a makeover, but the quality of care is unmatched. Her staff works hard to find availability and wrestles with the insurance carrier in ways other pediatricians will not. My experiences with their phone system have been better than with other pediatricians, and I can tell her staff is trying to reduce contagion spread with packed waiting rooms. She also works very hard to honor appointment times and reduce waiting time. When she talks with my children she takes time to listen to their concerns. Doctor Biggie was our pediatrician in the hospital for our daughters birth and we continue to use her for our now 3 year old. She’s been easy to talk to for nervous new parents like us , and always takes her time with our questions and she’s very gentle and kind with our daughter. We drive 30 minutes from Boca to her in Fort Lauderdale. The office staff is very nice too, sometimes to save a drive the front desk gives me good advice or sets up a virtual appointment. 5 stars for sure !

We live in Boca, I work in Oakland Park which is how we found out about her. We tried pediatricians in boca and the personalities did not match. Dr Biggie is warm and caring. The office is old, so it may be off putting, but as a health practitioner myself, I value care over esthetic. Their office is exceptional
