I had an appointment scheduled that her office canceled on me the day of. I rescheduled for a 10:00am appointment. I received multiple texts asking me to confirm my 10:00 appointment. Stating "We'll see you at 10:00". When I showed up at 10:00 she refused to see me stating that I should have arrived by 9:30. This office needs to send reminder texts of exact time they wish the patients to show up. I spent time and gas driving there to be told to go home and come back another day because of their texting. What horrible customer service. I was on time for 10:00.
