This Doctor is a little wacky. I don't want to be offensive, but I have no idea how to describe her behavior. I took my daughter in via an ambulance(so an emergency situation) because she was extremely lethargic, body, lifeless. As I was looking for my insurance card, my daughter started crying. "Dr" Delaney took my 7 month old ( premature ) baby and swung her so far up in the air and then down so low between her legs ( close to the floor) so my very ill daughter started crying even more uncontrollably. It was EXTREMELY insensitive. I was beyond shocked and so gravely disappointed. If you can, stay far away from her.
