I felt very comfortable and relaxed & assured that she was very knowledgeable with helping me and my chronic headaches. Kristen Casey did more to help me in 30 minutes than 3 physical therapists have been able to do in the last 7 years. She’s magical and her hands are the best medicine money can buy. And the good news? No side effects other than feeling relief; experiencing muscle relaxation; and understanding what’s causing the pain and where it originates. She identified and began to unlock an area of pain and tension that no one else could have found or treated. Again—this was from a 30-minute mini-massage. I cannot wait to experience what she can do in 90 or 120 minutes. She’s an old-school therapist who truly cares about her clients’ well-being and treats the whole person. I’m blessed to have found her.

I recently had a Reiki session with Kristen - she was fantastic! She was professional and friendly and I felt comfortable with her right away. She explained everything clearly before the session and gave me useful and relevant information after the session. She also listened as I related my impressions after the session and readily answered any questions I had. My daughters found her first and they've had several sessions with her - both for Reiki and Tarot.I would definitely recommend Kristen - she's the real deal!

I have been to several massage therapists, and Kristen is by far one of the best!! I felt as though she really listened and cared about helping to fix some problem areas that I have. She was able to get in places that I didn’t know existed, and I feel SO much better! She is very easy to talk to, very informative, and an all around wonderful person. I booked my next massage when I got home from my appointment and I am already counting down the days! What a great experience, Kristen is simply the best!!

I had a wonderful experience with Kristin! She clearly had a lot of experience and is a very good masseuse . She was able to correctly identify where my muscles were sore and massaged accordingly. She helped in relieving a lot of tension and I felt extremely relaxed afterwards. Kristin also made me feel very comfortable. It also felt like she genuinely enjoyed her profession as opposed to it just being a business! All in all, I had a great massage experience with Kristin, and would highly recommend her!!
