Kress Specialty Apothecary

I called Kress Pharmacy for help to see if they could get a particular brand in my heart pills and they assured me they could get it. The girl was very kind and very sweet with me I just feel so grateful that she was so understanding because I've been so full of anxiety not being able to get my pills thank you again Kress Pharmacy for being so great with me you put my mind at ease ~~

Im not a patient yet… but calling Kress today about switching to a small family owned pharmacy has put my mind at ease. I’ve always gone to CVS and always got the run around and the lady I spoke to really helped me today! She gave me reassurance that she didn’t need to give me. I suffer with anxiety and unfortunately I had to look high and low to find someone who could help me with a certain generic brand (I had to call the actual manufacturer) and the pharmacist let me know they will sometimes not have the generic that works best for me (7 years) but it’s NOT going to be garbage like the one CVS gave me and told me “tough luck” and hung up. She didn’t have to tell me this but she did. She spoke to me with kindness and understanding even though I rambled on from “anxiety babble” and didn’t

This is THE place to go for ALL your pharmaceutical needs plus WAY more! Lisa & Rich we’re inviting & sweet from the 1st day I walked in there! They have accommodated any & all of my needs. It’s a family that owns & works there and it’s a “family” that goes there. Should be there slogan! 😘 They treat everyone like family & help in any & every way possible! There prices are the best (honest) & work around my schedule (which is crazy) I STRONGLY recommend whatever pharmacy you go to now, don’t compare. I suggest you try Kress for 1month. You will thank me!! Also, I never knew I could ask my vet for a paper script for my dog/cat & fill it at Kress Pharmacy!! I am a fairly new patient at Kress Apothecary, and the decision I made to switch all of my scripts over to Kress has proven to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. It is a bold statement, yes, but absolutely my truth. I had dealt with the big corporate pharmacies for years, but after seeing the increase in employee turn over, the pharmacists become miserable people who clearly do not enjoy their job, dealing with long wait times, etc., I knew I needed to take a leap of faith and find a pharmacy that would see me as a person and not just another customer with a script. I also had a strong desire to support my local businesses and put my money into something that I could be proud of. All of this has been found in Kress Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to any and everyone. This family makes it a point to make sure all their clients/patients feel comfortable and cared for. I purposely drive 20 minutes to get my medicine there instead of using cvs down the street from me (who couldn’t even tell you my name). God bless this family!
