disappointed by lack of empathy and bedside manor, not very professional and interactions lacked warmth and understanding. a more empathetic and understanding approach to patients in pain would make a significant difference.

Mislead me to believe my insurance covered it and then told me it wasn't the case many sessions in leaving me to pay the full amount after I gave them all my specific information and they assured me that it was correct when it was in fact not.

I recently had bi-lateral knee replacement. Two at one time was a tough choice but one I felt worked best for me. Physical therapy is an extremely important part of ones recovery. I had heard only good things about Dr.Kress and his staff and thus I asked the surgeon to release me into their care. The sessions are tough but I feel I’m in the hands of competent and skilled clinicians. Today I had my first post surgery check up with the surgeon. My choice was only confirmed by the doctor feeling that my PT has brought me to a very good level of recovery already. I have to add that on top of the clinicians Tami at the check in is great at her job, helping with insurance and getting the script from the doctor and just being that first person who greets you and sets the tone for your visi

I had surgery for a fractured kneecap, and was in a straight brace for 12 weeks. I had lost most of my mobility, strength and range of motion. Thanks to Kevin and his amazing staff, I graduated from crutches to a cane to walking independently and with confidence. From the first day, we worked as a team, and we set goals together. I wanted full mobility. I had specific home exercise to do, and each office visit, made stop by step progress based on my goals. The staff is enjoyable, and it feels like working with good friends. I appreciate everything that was done to support me on my wellness journey.

I have been to Kress PT for 2 different problems: First problem was a 50 year long problem with back pain exacerbated by past surgeries & injury from work several years ago. When my Dr suggested PT I wasn’t very confident that any PT would do any good to relieve my current flare up of pain that severely limited my activities. I have had numerous PT sessions through many years with out any relief. I was amazed after I had several Sessions of PT with Alyssa, my pain was subsiding! The more sessions I had the more my pain was relieved!! After approximately 2 months @ 2 times a week of PT my pain was almost gone! To this day I continue with very little pain.
