I had an appointment at 10:30 am and didn’t get back into a chair until 11:50, and they only have one pediatric dentist that was with another patient at the time and told me it would be another 20- 30 minutes before he could come and do an exam and cleaning on my daughter. The x-ray tech and dental assistant were so nice, but the front desk needs help with scheduling. As someone who’s worked for a couple different dentist office (ppo,hmo,Medicaid) this is unacceptable.

I love the place. The ladies there are super sweet. They looked after from day one. Hayliegh that did my molds. Sweetest person ever. The two ladies that did my cleaning today. The blond and short black hair one with a tattoo behind her ear super sweet two. The one that did my xrays was over all an amazing person.

Dentist does good work but be sure to clear your schedule. They over book and you will wait hours to be seen. Took 2 hours to be seen for a cleaning. I literally cancelled my appointment and decided to take my business elsewhere. My appointment was at 11:30 and by 1pm I was still waiting. Whoever is doing the scheduling is horrible. I’ve been to plenty of dentist and never had to wait 2 hours for a cleaning. People’s time are valuable and we shouldn’t have to rearrange our entire day to get a simple cleaning. Take your time and money elsewhere. After venting to the dentist, I was told there was not hygienist in the dentist office that day. Why that wasn’t communicated to me from the start is beyond me. I went to the receptionist desk 4 times and kept being told I was next. Next for why

Haileigh and Miranda are both very professional and amazing. The doctors and staff were great. They all go above and beyond to help their patients. I would definitely recommend these folks for any dental work you may need.

I really want to like this place. They have some good efficient methods and are no frills, which I like. The problem is they don't care anything about their patients. You are just a number and a set of teeth. They are not friendly or helpful. They're not apologetic when you wait over 2 hours and then have to come back to a second visit because you couldn't wait any longer than the two hours on the 1st only to have to wait over 2 hours again. All of this to get a simple cleaning. From the hygienist to the front staff no one cares. The hygienist and the dental assistant were talking to each other about how one has a meeting with their kid's teacher on Monday, but definitely didn't ask anything about me. I thought to myself, well I bet she wouldn't be real happy if she had to wait over 2 hour
