They are fast, and friendly. Also very convenient for me. I was using Kroger and constantly had to wait hours for a prescription and most the time didn't even have enough to fill a script. Never have this issue with Kratzer's. Highly recommend switching to them.
This pharmacy is AMAZING and rapidly growing! Me and my family used to go to Lucas pharmacy across the road. Ever since they closed we've been stuck going to Kroger pharmacy. Absolutely horrible..... At Kratzers they are always quick, they are super kind and I honestly just absolutely love to see them when I go through. Their communication and knowledge it's very professional and on point. I'm a very high maintenance person and they still treat me with the best customer service every time and even call to check up on me to see how I'm doing! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and if I could give more than five stars I definitely would! Big shout out to Lisa, Abbi, and my favorite that always hugs me and makes my day! Love you all!
They had my prescriptions transferred from Kroger to them, and a prescription ready in less than an hour. Definitely recommend!
