Dr. Hackett is Extremely Good!! As a doctor he was very patient, understanding and caring. He prioritized my comfort and listened very effectively. He did an excellent job removing all four of my wisdom tooths with one being severely infected it was an emergency scheduling. If you have him as your doctor you have nothing to worry about, you going to be taken care by the best hands!! I am a physician and I am all supportive of this healer, he has the compassion and dedication required for consulting sensitive cases and people for sure!!

Had wisdom teeth taken out, no anesthesia, only Novocain. Experience was painless and very fast. The surgery was well done and Dr. Koterwas was very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I would define this appointment as traumatic. (And I have a high pain tolerance & enjoy the dentist in general.) For my consultation appointment, they were roughly an hour behind schedule. In addition, there were limited bedside manners and just minutes spent with me (the patient). For my wisdom teeth extraction, they were about 40 minutes behind schedule. And I stood for approximately 10+ minutes before the receptionist came to the glass. Prior to the procedure the assistant said she would hold hands as needed the whole time (not the case) and they said if I felt pain to let them know. I felt pain let them know, and they kept drilling. Overall, would not recommend this office if you are looking for friendly & caring. Highly recommend Dr. Koterwas. He was able to get my daughter in for surgery quickly following an vehicke accident when others wanted her to wait weeks. He showed compassion and heart. Thank you Dr. Koterwas!
