Cathy is amazing and I enjoyed my massage very much. It was clear she has plenty of experience and is amazing at what she does. I left feeling refreshed and a little sore afterwards, but the good kind. This is a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful gardens and place to take time to rest.

I know many women can't say they are thankful and blessed by their mother in laws. Yet, mine is a Rockstar! After having moved to Lakeland from TN back at the end of September. I've gone to Terry for many years to keep my body in alignment. I was thanking my lucky stars that I had her during my first pregnancy. She has the most wonderful body pillow setup for while your pregnant. I can't express how fantastic it feels to lay on your stomach safely and get worked on while pregnant.
