Koplin Dental

I have been going to Dr. Koplin's office since I was a kid. Today I went in for an extra visit because I had chipped my tooth. Not only did he fix the chipped tooth, but also took the time to realign the other front tooth it was connected to. It was fast, easy, and I was comfortable the whole time! Thank you so much making me smile the whole way home from the dentists office!

The reason we decided to move from Dr. Koplin's practice to a different dentist was mainly due to the very unhelpful, very passive-aggressive dental receptionist at the practice who thrice was asked to provide dental information to a dental specialist we needed to see (upon the recommendation of Dr. Koplin's office - turns out that a dental specialist was NOT needed despite Dr. Koplin's office insisting that one was needed; it ultimately became an unnecessary visit to a specialist that resulted in an out-of-pocket cost for us)...the receptionist's response to us, "Of course! I'll send the information right away!" Sweet as honey tone-of-voice and demeanor. But then...no information sent.
