Shut down for a long time. They are required under law to update AHCCCS of any changes and they haven't so AHCCCS is still sending people here for care when the building is vacant. Have 4 destroyed wisdom teeth and 8 out of 10 dentists listed for AHCCCS no longer exist and 1 no longer takes adults.
