So the staff are nice. They seem to do a good job in their care for Dentistry. My kids like them. My issue is they failed at communicating during our past visit. They were running behind. I had 2 of my kids who had appointments. They brought us back 20 min after 1st kids appointment,fine I saw it was busy. Issue though they had my kids then sit another almost 35 min in dentist chair just waiting.They put my 2 kids on opposite sides of room, again they were busy so I was like okay. So I had to float back and forth and my younger child who is 4 was having hard time understanding why they had to sit so long waiting and I finally asked about if there was only one dentist. It was an excellent experience for my six-year-old daughter. It was her first visit there and she was made to feel very comfortable. She’s a particularly shy child, but she felt comfortable enough to speak to every staff that spoke to her. She had a lovely experience and she cannot wait to go back to the dentist as she said. I highly recommend you bring your little ones over.

Wow! I'm blown away at how well our visit went. My son is 4 and enjoyed being able to play in the waiting room. The staff way great with children, and were quick and efficient in treating him so he didn't sit for too long. The dental hygienist confirmed my son when he was scared of the suction tube. We will definitely be back.

First time in years, that I’m not satisfied with the “cleaning” my son had. The assistant never put on the napkin to cover my son’s chest from water or toothpaste. She utilized the same toothbrush and tray she used for my daughter. They shared the same room and there wasn’t no cleaning in between patients. Today is Friday 2/6/2026 and the assistant was rushing to step out of the room to seat in another chair and be on her cellphone. Once the Dr. came in I explained that my son’s teeth were dirty. The assistant just brushed his teeth in a hurry and didn’t floss his teeth as well. I also expressed that if they’re charging the insurance for a dental cleaning then a dental clean up should be done. The assistant jumped in and started to argue with me in an aggressive way. I couldn't be more happy with the exceptional service we received at Kool Koala. I took my son here and they seated him as soon as he walked in the door. His hygienist Faith was wonderful in making him comfortable (the dentist makes him nervous). She was thorough and pleasant. I recommend Kool Koala to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
