Konikoff Family Dentistry - Granby

I am a new patient at Konikoff, so submitting this review is probably not a great look, as I do worry about being treated differently. However, I figure this can only help someone else who may be in the same situation as me. For starters, the office is wonderful... It was the specific hygienist (Lisa, I believe) that is the culprit for this one-star review. Things started off fine. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year due to having been new to the area and I know it showed. Additionally, I work from home and suffer from depression, which makes self-care and hygiene difficult most days. I think, "there's no need to take care of myself because I'm at home and no one will see me". However, I do try my best to force myself to do my daily self-care tasks like brushing my teeth and floss

As someone who used to have extreme anxiety going to the dentist, I love Konikoff. I’ve been a patient for a few years and the staff is amazing. I came in with a slew of dental issues and they’ve held my hand through all of it. Great care and they’re very communicative and transparent about cost.

I had an "emergency" and was fit into the schedule and was quickly taken care of. As always everyone was polite and professional. I have been coming to this office for decades and they are consistent in taking care of me and my family, in a polite, friendly and informed manner.

Outstanding dental care from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the staff was courteous, and the dentist was knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. The office runs on time and maintains a clean, welcoming environment. Highly recommend.
