Konikoff Dental Associates Volvo Parkway

My first experience in konikoff dental was amazing ! April was great and very knowledgeable about my situation without me saying much . The actual dentist was wonderful very informative and nice ! I love the fish tank it’s so peaceful and such a clean environment! Love how my dental assistant had the tv on it really made me feel at home .

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Wissink (Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, VA) for over 10 years, and she is truly an exceptional provider. Although I sometimes feel apprehensive about scheduling appointments, her remarkable skill, professionalism, and gentle approach consistently put me at ease. During one visit, I accidentally bit her finger while being fitted for a night guard, and she handled the situation with humor and grace, immediately reassuring me. She laughed it off, saying, "It's okay, I have nine more!" Experiences like this reflect her calm demeanor, patient-centered care, and genuine compassion. I went in for my routine cleaning and the staff was great, as it has been for the three years I’ve been visiting Konikoff. My dental hygienist, Hanna was amazing. She was very friendly, informative, and careful to minimize any pain during the cleaning. The dentist was also great and the whole process is always the best when I compare the experience to any other dental office I’ve had for the last 40 years. Highly recommended!

Dr. Hog needs to go back to school and get more training. He does not know what he's doing. He couldn't even do a simple filling. He's refusing to take accountability and his referring me out to all per an dominance for a molar root canal that he mentioned that cannot be done in the office. I had a small cavity and came down for a filling, which he supposedly had fixed spend a month with me continuously to be in pain He is now referring me out, which I thought of feeling was to protect it from getting a root canal. I left the office and pain on a scale of 1 to 100. I'm in about 90. I explained that to him him or his team had no empathy. He didn't send me home with any pain medication just referring me out which we all know a new patient appointment can take a couple months. Please do no

My appointment today was awesome from the time I stepped in the building. I was greeted and made felt welcomed. With this being my first time being seen by an outside provider due to my military obligations. My hygienist Liz took her time and explained the process and made me feel like someone. Even at check the receptionist ensure my next visits were line up to support my schedule. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
