Komoto Medical Pharmacy

I had an amazing experience at Komoto Pharmacy my prescription were filled in a timely manner where I felt like I didn’t wait long. The moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and lovely attitudes by all employees everyone seemed so happy to work their very sincere and generous people with amazing hospitality skills.

I would give zero stars if possible. I had to switch pharmacies and chose Komoto because of the great reviews and how close it is to my house. Unfortunately every month I dread getting my refills because EVERY TIME there is an error on the pharmacies end and they NEVER call to tell me. I have had to call over 10 times over the span of a week to get my time sensitive medications. Their customer service reps are not nice so at first I tried being overly-kind. However, after months of them making mistakes I have given up and will be moving to a pharmacy with folx who can actually do the job of a pharmacist... like giving me my medications like a normal pharmacy... Komoto Pharmacy you stink real bad and this review is cheaper than telling my therapist.

The only pharmacy that has the medication my cat needs to get better. She has an antibiotic resistant staph infection. I am forever grateful for this pharmacy and highly recommend.

Mia is so rude and unprofessional. States that I should have been calling them all day to verify they fill my sons prescription which makes no sense because I don't get paid to babysit them. I gave them all the information needed and expected to hear back of anything went wrong unfortunately I had to call the next day and deal with Mia and Mike who proceeded to be rude to me. My son suffers from seizures he has rsv and getting his nebulizer is very important but unfortunately they failed to contact me about any issues. I was rushed off the phone when I called to get his meds sent there yesterday and today Mia and Mike hung up because they didn't like that I said they were irresponsible for how they handled this situation.
