We love Koen Ortho! I put both of my kids through braces here and into retainers. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and have a great manner with the kids. Koen helped me navigate insurance, and gave really good 0% interest payment plans for what wasn’t covered. They respond directly to text, and have been flexible navigating braces emergencies. Also, they have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! If you’re looking for the right place for your kids, this is it.

I love how comfortable and at ease the ladies make my daughter feel. They explain everything to her in detail instead of just talking to the parent and that makes her feel included. They are also one of the most accommodating offices I've dealt with. My daughter broke two brackets at the end of the day ahead of a long weekend. They stayed late for us and got them fixed. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I transferred from a different office and Koen team got me in and treated me amazingly. This team is awesome. From the first step of walking in I felt comfortable, welcomed and understood. I felt as if I were a patient and not potential dollar sign. That’s hard to come by in a time that most businesses are just so transactional. It’s truly a breath of fresh air. They were so thorough. They got all my information, expectations, and requirements. They came up with a game plan. Dr. Koen came in and told me what would happen. Why it would happen. And answered all of my questions. They made everything so easy. If you are looking for an ortho clinic, stop! You found it. They will exceed your expectations.

Dr Koen and his staff have been so good to work with over the past couple of years while my son has been in braces. Any time I had a concern they were quick to get us in or talk us through the problem. So impressed with the services I'll be back next month with my youngest!

Dr Koen and staff are amazing! They are all very friendly. They work fast but also take the time to listen to any concerns I may have and I have never felt rushed. They have been excellent at walking me through the entire process. I am always in my appointment at or very close to my scheduled time. The office is very clean and welcoming with plenty of seating in the waiting area. Most importantly I love my new smile!
