Koch Eye Associates Cranston

Just had my annual check up for my eyes at Koch Eye Associates I checked in and was seen in about 2 minutes.I got all the preliminary stuff taken care of by a most pleasant and knowledgeable assistant. We talked and laughed as I looked through various lenses and had the old drops put in. Then I met with Dr. Clyde Haworth. Clyde and I went through the Cumberland school system together. He a year ahead of me. We also grew up in the same part of Cumberland. So while my numbers were showing up on the computer and I was asked to read such and such a line ,we talked about old school friends and where are they now stuff. It was more like a social visit th as n an eye appointment. But Clyde is the same with all of his patients. Whether it's a first time visit or you have been seeing Dr. Haworth f

I had an appointment at 8am Saturday December 12th, 2025. I arrived at 7:50am and was checked in at as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by the medical assistant at 8:00am and placed in a an exam room where I was neglected to be seen later for 1 hour. The staff forgot me and I was still not seen by the doctor. It was confirmedI 4 patients was seen before me. This is total nonsense and no regards for patient's safety. In the meanwhile Not a single staff member came to see why I was left alone in an exam room. NO, I am not satisfied with my post op exam. If you do not believe me as for the check in time you can confirm the computer and the time the Doctor signed in my chart when she saw me.

Dr. Luck is amazing he goes above and beyond for his patients. Anyone would be lucky to be in his care. Thank you Dr. Luck for the work that you do!

I recently had my cataracts removed by Dr. Sayegh. He did an excellent job, explained everything that would happen even through the surgery itself. Although I was a bit disappointed that I saw a different person for each testing processed two additional doctors for the follow up visits, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable in their area. Kudos to the follow up docs: Dr. Amy Uddin and Dr. Clyde Haworth for their patience in answering every question I had and then some. Thanks to these folks, I have better than 20/20 vision in each eye!

I had an appointment requested by OD Allen Nicoletti because I have an inflammation from a laser surgery was done by DR Richard in Cranston location few weeks ago. Today while I’m waiting for Dr Richard I heard him telling the nurse that was with me what is this? She told him it’s a follow up, and he said” I have no time for this “ So, why you accept to make an appointment if you pick and chose who to see. Do not make appointments and waist patients time. I have been with Koch eye for long time and I was very disappointed from this appointment. Shame on people like this that they don’t respect others.
