Dr. Pakonis is the best! She’s taken care of both of my babies is always honest in her opinions and medical advice. Being a mom herself, it’s great to have a doctor that you can relate to on so many levels and someone who has already been through it all on both a personal and medical level. Highly recommend ❤️

Dr. P has been seeing my daughter since she was around a year old. She is currently sick and while I just took a moment to look up her hours for tomorrow (forgot which weekday that the office is closed), I end up wondering how this magnificent gem of a doctor ends up with less than a 5 star review. Let me just say, it took me about a year of calling pretty much every 6-8 weeks for a new patient opening. I continued this because her reviews on Facebook in local mom groups were absolutely stellar. She is ONE person. How is it hard to grasp that a singular doctor running a practice is at full capacity? This woman has not only taken my calls on Saturday afternoon when I was considering taking my daughter to the ER (called me back within 20 minutes of leaving a message) but also KEPT us out of

We love Dr Pakonis! She has cared for both my kids since they were newborns. We can easily make appointments whenever someone is sick. Dr Pakonis truly cares about her patients and gives us all the time to listen to any concerns we have. Wonderful doctor & office! Highly recommend!

Sorry but why do you advertise if you refuse to take new patients? Why have a listing on GoogleMaps? Why have a website? I just called but I haven’t been referred by one of your current families or from a handful of practices you take patient referrals from. If that isn’t discrimination, I don’t know what is.

Dr. Pakonis is wonderful. We switched Drs. and I absolutely loved our first visit. She has toys in the rooms and what I love about her is that she treats her patients as what they are, children. Such a lovely and kind lady. We’re so happy we switched to koala pediatrics. We felt so welcomed and we were treated with so much kindness and respect ❤️
