Knoxville Area Community Hospital

So angry, KACH turned me into a credit agency. I have been paying monthly payments EVERY month and received statements, but NEVER did I EVER know that I was in trouble. I sent a bank statement highlighting my payments to the credit agency and spoke to them directly. They said “that I was paying my husbands bill”. (Well at least they were getting monthly payments) The credit agency also said that this was uncalled for, but their hands were tied. I called KACH several times and questioned bills, never being told we were going to loose our outstanding credit. This hospital has the greatest doctors BUT I am SO DISAPPOINTED in billing department for not calling, sending notices or telling me when I called that they would be snakes and turn me into a credit agency. I have never been turned in. S

I was in the emergency room getting fluid for covid. My daughter asked the blonde at the desk every half hour what was going on with me. The blonde girl was very hateful and rude to her. I’d also like to say we live 20 miles away on a deer infested highway and my daughter is newly licensed. All she wanted to know was if I was going to have to stay overnight, that’s all. If I was not going to be able to leave, she was going go ahead and try to make it before dark. All that girl would say was go sit down, I’ll try to have someone talk to you. And I can’t see as how no one could spare 2 minutes, it sounded like a high school slumber party in there, I could hear it in the exam room.
