I had a wonderful experience at Knowledge First Institute while attending their CNA program. The school is not only beautiful and well-organized, the staff and instructors are also extremely nice, supportive, and professional. They truly care about their students’ success and go above and beyond to provide guidance and encouragement. I got my license, and I am now working. The training was thorough, hands-on, and prepared me well for my career in healthcare. I highly recommend Knowledge First Institute to anyone looking for quality CNA training!

Knowledge first institute is my first CNA school I got my CNA license with them in 2013. . When I got my license with them They help me to find my first CNA job. From 2013 until now 2025. they are amazing. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be a CNA. They are great nursing school I’m ready to take my LPN classe.

In all honesty this place deserves no stars but the only reason it’s getting the 1 is because Dr. T (the instructor) is the only person that made the CNA course worth taking. The owner of the establishment doesn’t care about your education, just your money.. everything in the course is outdated along with the equipment. He charges extra money for cpr when all he does is play a video but does no instructing, and after completion of the course you have to continue to go back to the school to get additional documents signed when you’re told at the beginning of the class that it’ll all be sent and taken care of in your behalf. If you want something cheap and easy, by all means go for it.. if you want quality instructions with quality education, save a little more and choose another school. I’m

WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS! If you're serious about learning, progressing your knowledge, or advancing your career — THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! I'm speaking from personal experience. I enrolled in the Nursing Assistant (CNE) course, paid my full fee, completed the course, and passed — yet six months later, I STILL don’t have my transcript sent to the nursing board. No license. No accountability. Just wasted time and money. To make matters worse, they pressure students into leaving good reviews, painting a false image of professionalism. DO NOT BE MISLED. THIS INSTITUTION IS UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
