Getting an appointment was easy, and Knot So Kneady Massage Therapy is clean, inviting, calming, and relaxing. Jessica asked how much pressure I preferred (deep tissue massage), which I appreciate, and she did maintained that pressure for all 90 minutes. Good pressure is key to a great massage. Another key massage technique Jessica holds true too is using her hands as well as forearms and elbows. I was impressed by how well she could feel the tension in my muscles and release the tension without needing brute force.
