Knopp Nursing and Rehabilitation

My mom has been here for over 10 months and they take very good care of her. She gets all things met as she has dementia bad. When she first got there she wouldn't even talk but now she speaks to everyone who will listen to her rattle lol. I wouldn't have her any place else they eat great and never let her sit in dirty clothes. She can't wait so she's in a wheelchair but everyone there cares!! I love ❤️ it!! It's always clean and never smells. If you have to put your parent in a nursing home I highly recommend this place!!

First thing that hits you in the face when you walk in is the smell. Aids are rude, particularly the girl that has tattoos all the way to her neck. Patients left unchanged, no communication on medication given and not relayed to nurses. Other staff in general were rude to other residents. If you have to call for an aid, they come in and make you feel like you inconvenienced them for calling. Overall experience…was sad and disheartening to see patients being mistreated and overlooked.

Nastiest place ever! Would you want your loved one here! These are actual pics of room I found my father in after he was transferred without permission from Skilled Nursing wing. He was transferred because he ‘got out of the building’. We later learned the alarm on his wheelchair didn’t work. The room my father had been put in was not only absolutely filthy but not ADA compliant & he’s wheelchair bound. I live 4 hours away & drove in to this nightmare. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE ADMITTED TO THIS FACILITY.

Family owned facility. They take good care of the resident's. Every nursing facility has it's problems but here at Knopps #1 they correct any problem that arises as quickly as possible. I have had my father in Knopps and another facility, I would recommend Knopps #1 over the other facility any day!

Horrible place and horrible service. Left my grandpa in very poor condition and we had to go up to the place to get them to do ANYTHING. Do not reccomend.
