My first time to visit a friend.. Receptionist in the visitor check in area was pleasant, helpful with check in process, and directing me to her room. My friend’s room was very clean, and she was complimentary of the staff, foodservice, and attention given to her personal care. I was glad to see her happy and comfortable. Everyone on staff I spoke to today had a wonderful pleasant attitude.

Place is great. They treat my Nana with dignity and respect ! You cannot put a price on that. Plus the staff is always really helpful and always there for us in our time of need. Highly recommended.

My ex-mother-in-law was just moved to Knollwood Healthcare on the 15th of August. The doors are locked 🔒 for the patients safety. I really like this feature. You hit a buzzer to be buzzed in and out. You have to sign in at the desk via phone with printer attached to it to take your picture. Answer a few questions by shaking your head after signing in. Take the sticker it gives you and wear it on you. Their is plenty of staff nearby if the patients need anything. This place is 1000% better than the hospital that kept her for almost two months and never figured out what was wrong with her. Providence is where she was but I feel much better now that she's in Knollwood Healthcare.

My mom is thriving here, and she truly loves it. The staff is exceptional—they're not only incredibly attentive and well-trained but also very friendly and accommodating. We're so grateful for the wonderful care they provide. Please keep up the great work, and thank you!
