Their rule that your first visit as a new patient cannot count as an annual wellness visit is frustrating and feels like a way to charge you for extra appointments. If you come in needing to address something specific, be prepared to pay for an additional visit on top of it. On top of that, don't expect to actually see Dr. Farooq — most of the time you'll be seen by interns or other staff instead. If you're looking for consistent, direct care from the doctor you're scheduling with, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

This is a terrible place to go. You will never actually get to see Dr. Farooq, and their booking process is frustrating — they won't let you make an appointment for the specific issue you're dealing with. Instead, they require you to come in multiple times before you can even discuss your actual problem, meaning you end up paying for several visits before getting the help you need.

Dr. Farooq is very nice, patient and knowledgeable. The staff are also kind and helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic!

Annual wellness visits are recommended for established patients who comply with follow-up appointments. You were last seen on 8/27/2024 and were supposed to return for a follow-up visit after three months. Unfortunately, you have low-premium and high-deductible health insurance. We reviewed our records and noted that you recently called and wanted to schedule a sick visit. However, to avoid paying your annual deductible, you requested a wellness exam.
