Kneaded Healing Massage

I have been going to Janelle and Arika for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say about them and their staff. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After years of brutal torture on my back and body from trashing it, they have helped me completely eliminate my chronic back pain and help keep my shoulders manageable. Both are straight shooters and will help you in any way they can. Highly recommend to my friends on a weekly basis.

I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever had. This is the reason for the 1 star. It was my first time at Kneaded Healing Massage and I was running late. I called and informed the front desk I would be 10 minutes late. It turned into 15 minutes because my GPS took me on the incorrect route. Janelle checked me in and literally reprimanded me for being late. Opposed to offering to reschedule for another time, she spoke to me in a condescending and abrasive tone. She was rude, abrupt and inept when it came to customer service. I was recently in a car accident and have to begin regular massage therapy. The massage I received from Thuyan was one of the best I have ever received in my life. This is the absolute ONLY reason I will ever frequent this establishment agai

Janelle is the best massage therapist in Wichita! Not just another "rub down massage", she actually gets to the source of the pain.
