This place is truly fantastic. I’ve had massages from several other places in CO and other states and Erika is really talented. The room was very warm and inviting and she made the massage feel very comfortable and more importantly very effective. She was good at addressing specific pain and tightness from my work as a chef and I was honestly impressed by her intuitive ability to follow and release muscle tension over my entire body. She gave me some good stretches and ways to relieve tension at home which i really appreciated. I’m done looking around and will be back for another massage here!

Erika is a very talented massage therapist. Super professional and really cares about helping you. Before the massage, she asked good questions and listened intently. The best massage I can remember ever getting to be honest. Perfect 5 stars! I will be back and will recommend her to my friends.

Found my therapist! Erika did a fantastic job relieving several tense areas throughout my massage. I did a 90 minute deep tissue and every minute was worth it. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. She asked me about my problematic areas and immediately got to work. Her office has a nice setting and the table is heated. She also has a heated pad that she uses when she’s working on your legs. Over 100 massages in my life time, she is easily in the top 3 therapists that I have had.

I have my “go-to” massage therapist when I’m home but I travel regularly and find it next to impossible to find a half decent massage while on the road. I’m currently in Co Springs for a few weeks and when I heard someone at the gym I was dropping in rave about Erika and Knead Remedy, I had to grab an appointment and I was not disappointed. I do a lot of heavy lifting and functional fitness and so I prefer a deep tissue, athletic focused massage and she was perfect. Tuned me right up and had me completely relaxed. Great massage and I will definitely be coming back (several times) before I leave. Colorado Springs you have a gem and consider yourself lucky if you can get on her schedule!

I trust Erika completely, and that’s not something I say lightly. She is not only incredibly skilled, but also an amazing listener who truly understands what my body needs. Every session feels like a reset—not just for my muscles, but for my mind too. There’s never any judgment, just care, expertise, and even a few good laughs along the way.
