I have been suffering with Frozen Shoulder for months, waking up at 3am each morning with terrible pain in my shoulder blade. Well, yesterday I had a pressure point massage, and I was able to sleep the entire night without the pain in my shoulder blade AND it was the first morning my dear sweet husband did not have to rub my shoulder first thing!
