Knapp Orthodontics exceeded my expectations. I did shop around, but after speaking with the staff on the phone, I knew I had found the right place. The office is beautiful and comfortable, and you can tell Dr. Knapp truly puts in the effort to make the experience a great one. The staff really listened to me, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel so easy. I love my braces and I can’t wait to see the results!

As a Dental Hygienist, I have seen Dr Knapp’s work first hand and it’s definitely the best work I’ve seen around west Michigan.I have now been to his office for my oldest daughter and for myself and had an amazing experience both times. He is great with kids and adults. Explained everything in detail and what to expect throughout the whole process. Their office is brand new and beautiful, it’s also very kid friendly. My daughter was begging to go back! Every orthodontic assistant we have had thus far has been very friendly and welcoming!
