This office is completely unprofessional. The front desk staff constantly have loud, personal conversations while patients are waiting, showing no respect for the people there for care. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. Calls go unanswered, and messages are ignored. The doctor promised multiple times to send referrals for my dad, but they were never sent. As a result, my dad has missed several important specialist appointments that were critical for his health. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to see such poor communication and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values timely, responsible, or professional medical care.

I do not recommend this doctor . Only good for blood work but finding out a root cause or explaining your symptoms to her to get help or referrals is like pulling teeth. She doesn’t listen to you and is a bit condescending. Not sure if it’s because of my insurance, but this is not the place to go if you want to actually find out what is wrong with you. You’ll just keep getting blood work and repeated visits without any action plan or guidance. You’ll also get a bit of an attitude if you request additional testing or referrals that she thinks you don’t need.

The staff and doctor here are very rude and unprofessional. I waited almost a month just for an appointment at this place and when I came in she only checked my weight, nose, and ears and did not address a single one of concerns and brushed me off. Doctor is very negligent and unprofessional. I can smell a potential negligence suit against this practice. I'm shocked she has her license. Wasted my time and will not be using my insurance here again.

Not a good experience. Doctor tries and charges you for random stuff very disgusting. Also very unprofessional front desk people. Be careful. They almost stole money from me and the insurance here. Also Just to add flame to the fire they did not send my notes and my info to the new doctor. Very, very Petty if you ask me for a doctors office. Please go for someone else there are so many things I can put here, but just trust me you will regret this doctor.

They're pretty good. The staff are very very very friendly and nice, I love them so much. When seeing the doctor, I do feel a bit rushed and ignored but at least I'm given the referrals I need.
