Love having this pharmacy close to my house. It's convenient and some.of the staff the are very nice. But some of the others need to learn how to smile when waiting on people, rather it be the window or at the counter.
Never treated so rudely as I have from this pharmacy! There is no other options for a pharmacy close to my home and I battle cancer so don’t want To travel 25 miles to a different town or I would . Whether calling for refills or new scripts , it’s rare to never to hear thank you or have a nice day instead workers are rude and make you feel as though your an inconvenience
The staff at Klingensmith’s always go above and beyond to help me. I have multiple scripts that they have ready for me each month by using script sync. It’s so convenient for me and I don’t have to call in each script individually. They do it all for me. Paula and the crew and awesome!! Top notch!! It’s always nice to see friendly faces too!! 😁😁😁
Paula.. you are pretty awesome .. I respect you for always treating me and Ed like family .. may I say pharmacy family ..well I have talked to you outside of that pharmacy and you were pretty damn awesome then too.. you do care Paula and you’ve proven that to me .. I am positive that proof has spread throughout this community. You have NO idea how wonderful it is to have a live person to talk to when you call your pharmacy. My 1st time using your store. It was a very pleasant experience! I called twice I believe to ask questions & give my information. Both times the person that answered was friendly & helpful. I got my medication filled rather quickly. I couldn't be happier with my 1st experience! Thank you
