I've had an excellent experience with my audiologist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I'm comfortable with each step of the process. The level of professionalism and expertise is outstanding, and I've noticed a huge improvement in my hearing overall day-to-day quality of life. If you're looking for an audiologist who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to their patients, I highly recommend them. I'm grateful to have such great care!!!

After noticing a decrease in my hearing, I contacted Kleckner Audiology for an appt. The person who took my call was efficient. My appt was made 2 business days out, which was a nice surprise. At the visit, the doctor was kind and had great communication. The testing process was easy to do. The doctor's explanation of the test was results was thorough and I left with no further questions. I would recommend this facility.

Peter Kleckner is awesome! My appointment was for impacted ear wax. He was so patient and kind and determined to clear out my ear canals using multiple tools to get it done! And I left the office grateful to hear clearly and grateful for his time, expertise and knowledge. Thank you so much!

I will start by saying that I only give Kleckner Audiology 5 stars because that is the maximum allowed. I have been wearing hearing aids since 2011. I have profound hearing loss in one ear and significant hearing loss in the other. I am currently shopping for replacements for my hearing aids, with a strong emphasis on noise reduction. After doing extensive online research and reading reviews on various brands, I found Kleckner Audiology through the Phonak website. A few weeks ago, I met with Katherine Stabler. We completed the standard hearing test followed by an in-depth review. We discussed my lifestyle, work environment, and listening priorities. Katherine then fit me with a demo set of Phonak Audéo I90 Sphere hearing aids. The next morning, I emailed her with detailed feedback about

Catherine was incredible, she was very thorough and gave me exceptional care. Care you just don’t receive too often in healthcare anymore these days. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and went out her way to give me the service I needed for my new hearing aides and amplified stethoscope.
