DO NOT GET SCAMMED STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! UNETHICAL PRACTICE! I had a procedure done at this location in 2019. Prior to getting the procedure, I spoke with the front desk staff about the payment required to ensure transparency. I paid for the procedure I received. Mind you, the issue with my tooth was still not resolved, as I continued experiencing pain. Despite this, I settled all of my bills, even confirming with the doctor that nothing more was owed. Now, to my shock, I JUST RECEIVED a collection notice SIX YEARS LATER, along with a court notice saying I owe over $900. Dental practice is ok at best. The billing department is disorganized and unprofessional. Took us 15 months to resolve payment issue that should have taken three days.

I came here from the Lyons campus, front desk person very professional, spoke with doctor, had a few extractions , great place to go, friendly staff and everyone was great, since I'm a disabled veteran I would recommend KK Dental 10 times over. They were great. I see alot of negative reviews , from the confirmation of appointment to the actual appointment i didn't have any issues, I did my part of confirmation and they did there part of taking care of me with care, they were very attention to detail.

They tried to turn a $25 copay into $500 copay. The extra charge was for unnecessary treatments that aren't covered by my insurance. I told them no several times and they kept pushing saying it is their "preference" and refused to admit it was unnecessary treatment. Doing research other dentists confirmed the extra treatments they "preferred and is just practice at their office" were unnecessary. I felt stuck as they took unnecessary x-rays at that office. They used up my x-rays quota covered by insurance for the next 1-3 years and created more issues for me. I was scheduled for a New Patient appointment with KK Dental on 1/11/25. Normally a doctor or dentist office calls a few days before to confirm scheduled appointment. I never received a confirmation call. On the day of the appointment I called the office to confirm my appointment as I headed to my appointment. Upon speaking to the office staff I was informed the Dental Hygienist I was scheduled to see canceled all of her appointments. However, I was never informed of the cancellation until the day of my appointment. The office personnel I was speaking with tried to offer me another appointment during the week.
