I just love Kizer. Everyone is always so kind and helpful even when I had a meltdown which has happened a few times (it's been a few years since this happened). They were still as kind as could be and when I went back to tell them I was so sorry I lost it they told me not to worry about. Little over 4 years ago my mom passed away and a few days later I had to go get meds refilled. I told them about Mom and started crying. Zoe asked me if I could use a hug all I could do was node yes. She took a few minutes out of her busy day to give me a much needed hug. She didn't do that she could of just said I'm so sorry gave me my meds and went on with her day. I have not forgotten it and she will never know how much those few words and the hug ment to me. I will never forget it and I'm forever great

I went to the pharmacy to get my rabies shots I need for my vet technician degree. I called them 2 weeks ago and asked the price of the shots and they said $410 each shot. You need 2 shots back to back 7 days apart at the same place for them to be taken as fully vaccinated. I went last Tuesday to get my first shot and was charged $410 and asked the staff if the next one would also be $410 I was told yes. Today I went to get my second shot and they tried to charge me $475. I told the pharmacy that it was supposed to be $410. The pharmacist was very rude and told me I just got a break on the first one and I should be thankful. I showed him my receipt and told him that 3 of his employees less than 7 days ago told me it was $410. He proceeded to be very rude and tell me that His employees made

some of them don't know what they're doing...Thank God for Zoe because if they didn't have her Kizer Pharmacy would be in terrible shape and Zoe and a couple other Ladies that work the counter are the only ones that doesn't give me a cold shoulder or act judgemental toward me for some of the medicine I have to take because the vibe is very real I get from the rest of the Ladies whenever I go to pick up my meds...I've also heard a few of the other customers complain about the very same thing, but we never say anything because we're just trying to get our meds and get up out of there...I just pray it never comes home to them

My hip is geting beter SPM it did more than the Dr. did for me I am on 7 th. week and I have my new battle for next 2 months. Thanks John S.

I had to pick up a prescription for my Dad after an appointment in Union City. There were 5 cars in the drive thru so I went in. I walked right up to the counter and was greeted with a friendly smiled employee and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. As I left, the drive thru was cleared out from the 5 cars before. Ive only been there once, but that experience was a 5 star. I wish pharmacies in Dyersburg were as quick and efficient. I failed to mention there were employees everywhere inside and they were all quickly working together for the good of the patrons.
