Kivisto Veterinary Clinic has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The entire team is patient, compassionate, and truly cares about the animals they see. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure both the pets and the owners feel comfortable and supported. I’ve never once felt rushed or dismissed, and it’s clear that their priority is always what’s best for the animal. You can tell they love what they do. I’m grateful to have a vet clinic that I can trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommend.

We had been using this vet service for many years until recently. We will never use them again. For two reasons. 1.The deposit requirement for those of us who are or had been regular customers for years without payment issues was and is obscene 2. My chi was in pain and dying. I made the horrible decision to put her out of her misery. I called these guys. While my baby was howling in pain they couldn’t get her in until 3 days later. She heard my baby howling in Pain and wanted me to wait 3 days! Absolutely inconceivable that they would let her suffer that long.

Ella was very comfortable there!

Horrible deposit policy. -18 degrees and my truck wouldn't start. They offered 15 minutes grace for a late appointment. Anything longer, and I'd have to reschedule and would also lose my deposit. Enjoy your $52. You won't be getting any more money from me.
