Called to see if I could get two female kittens in to get spayed. They got me in very quickly. The quote for spay was accurate. They do advise if they find fleas they will treat so on the form the price can vary which makes sense. They checked all the bases , vaccines, spayed, and de wormed and flea treated. When my kitties were in the hospital, I was able to call and be transferred back to the treatment area I love that they have a line for pets who are in the clinic and got to bypass reception. Happy that the staff updated me. The guy who I talked to let me ask all the questions I needed and was very Informative and nice and you could tell they really loved my kitties. We recently visited Kitty Klinic in Olympia, and our experience was very positive. The clinic staff were professional and caring, providing us with high-quality assistance. We especially want to note that our cat is feeling much better after the prescribed medication. It's clear that true specialists who love their work are employed here. We are grateful for the attention and care shown to our pet and will definitely return if needed.

I hope im not sounding ridiculous when I say this. I typically have a great experience with these guys. But today my kitty went in for a spay and when I made the appointment, the receptionist told me I would be able to pick her up same day, and I was told I could pick her up same day when I dropped her off this morning. Today around 4 I called and asked if she was ready to be picked up and the person who answered the phone said she would have to be kept overnight. When I told her that I was told I could pick her up same day, she laughed and said she doesn’t think any of her people would say that. I wouldn’t have lied lol, I know what I was told. They take great care of the animals but they’re not the best at dealing with people and I think they could benefit from a little training on “beds

Boarding review: best possible experience for my spooky, shy cat. She came home confident and happy, even though the boarding staff said she wasn't interested in being pet or touched over her 12 night stay. In the past, pet sitters stayed at my house but my cat always seemed sad and bored when I returned. Will definitely use them again when I have travel needs! I found Alex super kind and communicative, and the ultimate proof for me is bringing home a content kitty.

They didn't bother doing bloodwork on my cat when she was vomitting blood, just gave her nausea medication to manage it. During pickup the person taking her literally said she was getting bloodwork done just to be told later they did nothing. Paid about 130 for the initial visit and 40 for extra medication. Please go somewhere that will check for why a pet is sick rather than just treating symptoms.
