Kittrell Animal Hospital

This review is more for the staff than anyone else. I waited to write this review so I could write a honest review start to finish. This was our first time ever visiting and unfortunately it was because our almost 11 year old German Shepherd was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We lost our Rusty boy on 9/25/25 and we are devastated…. He was the kind of dog that makes you think you can have 10 Shepherds… the boy who is legit a one of a kind. Firstly, I’ll start by saying this was no easy decision but when your best buddy tells you it’s time, you just know it’s time. I pray that anyone who has to make this hard decision can atleast have the experience we did here at this facility. From the first encounter to the very last the whole staff was kind, empathetic, and sensitive to our situation

Our 1st visit. Our baby girl suddenly could not use her rear feet, she was dragging them. I was so afraid this was going to be a devastating diagnosis. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. The diagnosis was much better then my mind was going. Now she on the meds and hopefully will be better shortly. Thank to the staff and especially the vet. My dogs now have a new vet.

I love going to Kittrell Animal Hospital. They were good to us when we had to euthanize our 12 year old dog who had cancer. We got a puppy .. they make over him ... he loves going to the 'doc-doc' there. I love them.

Kittrell Animal Hospital was the absolute nicest people I have met. They were very peaceful and serene with my cat. She stayed calmed and her problem was resolved in a short amount of time. I felt like my fur baby was loved and cared for in the best possible way to help her feel better. Thanks to all the staff, we will be back to see y'all real soon!

I have been to the Kittrell Animal Hospital twice within a month for two different fur babies. The first unfortunately, was to put our 15yr. old cat to rest after her health rapidly declined. The Dr. and staff were so kind and showed empathy during our grieving process. They handled our sweet girl with great care. The second visit was with an approx. 2yr. old cat that was abandoned in my mom’s neighborhood. The cat was in horrible shape with tons of infection. Matt answered all of my questions and made sure we had what we needed to treat our new fur baby. It makes a difference when you are heard and also made to feel reassured that you have chosen the right hospital for treatment. We are extremely thankful!
