Kitsap Podiatry, Sequim satellite office- Dr Thuy Duong Thi Le

I had some orthotic supports made for me and they scanned my feet with an ipad. The results were terrible my feet hurt worse than ever. I've now went to a podiatrist who molded my feet and the results were great. I was told the supports that were scanned didn't fit my high arches properly and were actually doing damage to my feet and causing me back pain. Not impressed with Kitsap podiatry, I would have only gave one star but its been over a year ago and maybe they have gotten better.

Dr. Thuy Duong Thi Le was great but I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. I was suppose to receive a call about my lad results in two weeks but no one has called me back and it has been six weeks. I have left phone messages to no avail.

Helped both my spouse and I with our very different foot issues. Neuromas for me, lots of soft tissue damage and arthritic ankle joints for spouse

I saw Dr. Ponticello today, and the team there took great care of me. They totally understood my conditions and acting upon it correctly!!!
