Lutz was very unprofessional. They repeatedly hung up the phone in my face and tried to gaslight me as if I had called them. I was finally able to speak to another representative named Erwin. He wasn't able to help me since that's not his usual store and he didn't have the contact information for the owners, unfortunately. I was called today at 2:03 and just wanted to figure out what the call was in regards to since I've had this number for over 24 years. I did not like how I was treated and felt extremely disrespected by Lutz, though. She told me that the store mainly helps Hispanics and she repeatedly asked if I spoke Spanish and continued talking over me when I just wanted to figure out the misunderstanding. Best pharmacy ever , I moved to poinciana and I still have their service. Never had problem with my medications or refills ,I have years with them and highly recommend them. Very nice, courtesy and professional.

Great people, terrific Customer service. I have to travel some to get there, but it’s worth it. I never have issues getting my refills and they take the time if I need to explain things.
