Kiowa District Hospital

My spouse and I are both under the care of physicians at KDH. I have personally seen 3 out of the 5 providers and each one has been great! They really take the time to listen to what you have to say and respond by giving the best treatment possible. Thankful for this amazing facility in our small community.

I have received very high quality care at KDH. The physicians/nurses are always very attentive & you can tell they really care about your well-being. Making/getting an appointment is generally so quick & easy, too.

My husband, kids and myself have been treated by every Provider at KDH. All of them have been caring, respectful and are very knowledgeable.

My mother is currently in the emergency room at KDH, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the healthcare providers over the phone. I had a few questions regarding my mother's condition and the possibility of emergency dialysis, but the provider responded in a condescending and dismissive manner. She told me to be quiet and let her do her job, which made me feel belittled and disrespected. I understand that healthcare professionals have a lot of experience and knowledge, but it is important to communicate with patients and their families in a respectful and compassionate way. My mother has been to the emergency room twice in the past two days, and it is understandable that we are concerned about her well-being. I would like to commend Melissa for her excellent car

The staff goes above and beyond every day, and our community is incredibly lucky to have this level of healthcare close to home.
