Kinney Drugs

I don’t think many people think to take time out to thank their pharmacist but I thought I would today. There was a line so long today and the three people working at the pharmacy were so fast and efficient and just really polite and helpful. The pharmacist working was patient with helping me and my questions. It has to be very difficult to manage people’s medication and insurance. So I think it’s kind to thank the staff when you can and tell them that they are doing a great job. My family and I come here and I think the staff and pharmacists are so polite and are incredibly good at their jobs. :)

I've never had a bad experience with a pharmacy until I started getting my prescriptions at Kinney. Not once have I gone in and have had a prescription on time. They leave you on hold for 15+ minutes and tell you it will be ready at a certain time and when you go in to pick it up, they tell you to walk around for 20 minutes. By the time you are back at the counter- they tell you they don't have it in stock and come back tomorrow and keep delaying it. Seriously one of the worst and most stressful experiences here. Please do better.

I had a prescription called in to the Nottingham store on 2/24 never got a call that it was ready i needed, to start taking it on 3/8 on 3/7 I called and it’s been ready since 2/24 sitting there 2 weeks ,they never bothered to call me to let me know it’s was there had I not called on 3/7 I would not have started it on 3/8. How long does it take to call to let someone know to pick up the prescription.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars. I would. They consistently month after month, place you on hold for 15 plus minutes. Im not sure how anyone else picks up their prescriptions. The only reason I stay with this pharmacy is because it’s closest to my house.

I’ve never had a bad experience with any Staff at Kinneys. Always courteous. .
