They work so hard to get your medicine for you. I never get any problems with medicaid here.

I've been going to Kinney Drugs in Boonville for years. They've always been dependable. Yes, it takes a while to get a script filled, but that's the real world. Some things need to be ordered. Everyone is nice and respectful. If you need a good pharmacy, this is it.

I was in care of someone for the day as she was hava medical issue. We found out she has asthma and as i rushed to the pharmacy, I called, I advised them she was in distress. They had her medication ready when we walked in. I have never been in this situation and I'm so thankful for Janine and the pharmacy staff. They could see my immediate need and took great care of us. I apologise, I do not know what pharmacist filled her order but I do know Janine Smith is who took my call and relayed the emergent situation to her. Thank you Ina Schleicher

There has not been one instance that I have walked into the pharmacy and had my prescription ready!! I always give them a day to fill yet they can’t understand why customers are upset they have to wait!!! Horrible customer service and good luck calling before you come because they will not answer the phone..

Was on hold for almost 45 minutes and kept having to get transferred to the pharmacy. When the lady finally answered the phone she was very rude. If they are so busy then maybe hire more workers. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy!
