Amazing experience thank you so much! From the sweet lady in the front office, she was amazing and very calm. I really loved her attitude. To the nurse going above and beyond and making sure my daughter was comfortable. To the Dr. everything was so professional thank yall so much. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Kingwood Urgent Care. They are very attentive and prompt. My wait time was short. I was seen by the nurse then MD shortly after. Medications were sent to my pharmacy promptly with full explanations for each. I did receive a steroid and antibiotic injection then assessed for a period of time before being discharged.

The staff is always friendly and prompt on checking you in and getting you ready to see the Dr. Every doctor I have seen is respectful and listens to the patient. They always have a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I see them more than I see my PCP especially since I cannot see or schedule an appointment with my primary care doctor for 3 months. I recommend everyone who asks me to this urgent care.

My visit was very speedy. I registered at the front desk and five minutes later I was in an exam room. A nurse took my vitals and gathered additional information right away. A doctor came in a few minutes later, diagnosed my issue and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. It was a fast, efficient and pleasant experience.

This place is great! Doctor’s are very knowledgeable, all the nurses are great, front desk personnel are nice. It’s a very efficient run urgent care. Been my go-to for at least 5 years now!
